Relationship guides & workbooks.
Relationships rarely come with instructions, and most of us were never taught how to talk about the things that matter most.
Here I bring together the guides and workbooks I write through Rise and Grow Therapy™ for couples and individuals who want a practical place to start. Each one draws on my work as a relationship therapist in London, on research, and on the patterns I see in the therapy room.
They are written to be used at your own pace, alone or with a partner, with reflection pages you can write on. Everything here is designed to be inclusive, whatever your gender, sexuality or relationship structure.
The guides are educational and are not a substitute for therapy, so if you would like support alongside them, I offer a free 30 minute consultation.
